"i have been there last evening. This place is amazing: exactly what I was loking for. Fresh, great ingredients, pizza made in neapolitanian style, with dough resting for many hours. Great service in addition. It is top 3 pizza places I have ever found in Italy!!!! And I would say, probably top 10 in the world (and I travel a lot!). I would love to see such quality everywhere! And the fact that tou have scissors for pizza…. only greatest places jave it and understand why. The reservation is needed, as the place is full. I recommend everyone in the area to visit it. I drove to Tarquinia only for this reason, and it was worth it!"

"I would give this place 6 stars I'd I could for the quality of their pizza and toppings. The dough is made with a specialized mix of flours. The fermentation is from 48 to 72 hours which make the pizza crisp on the outside but still soft in the middle. The pizza size is good too. Everything we ate tasted amazing and was definitely local and quality produce."

"All tables were full when we arrived but they manage to not just let us know how long it will take to be able to seat as they made fresh new pizza to us (they were out of pizza discos, so they prepared more). And how glad we were to wait because it was a great pizza, good sauce, delicious flavors. Good price also."
